Hi,
i too have been trying to lose the "baby fat" I gained while pregnant, 20 and 17 years ago! I'm 5'9" and 222 right now. High blood pressure, cholesterol, achy feet are my worries. I've tried many programs but they are temporary. Since summer came I have been hiking and walking. Going to get the bike out today and maybe do some yoga. My issue is food, love it, hate it! I try to remember the bible saying that "all things are permissible, but not all things are beneficial. All things are permissible, but not all things are constructive. 1Cor 10:23. It's hard to remember that when there is a brownie with ice cream in front of me but I'm trying.
Beth Moore has a good book called "Praying God's Word, breaking free from spiritual strongholds" that may help you.
I'm going to go to the fresh fruit and veggie market today, what about you?
